Essie Splash of Grenadine

Splash of Grenadine is my first Essie nail polish but I knew I would be in safe hands after all the raving reviews. I've used it a couple of times and the staying power is great, it can last up to a week on me with barely any chips - I usually do 2 coats. The brush is rounded making it a dream to apply and I found it to be pretty quick to dry compared to some other nail polishes.

I recently took a trip into town and spotted this little beauty in the Cath Kidston window. I've been looking for a slightly larger makeup bag after my rather tiny Marc Jacobs Daisy pouch got a little bit on the small side for fitting my favourite beauty bits. It was a bit of a squeeze and every item had to be strategically placed to ensure everything fit - not an easy feat!

A Bucket List to Boot

Some people might have it written down in a notebook, others might just have a mental note but I'm pretty sure in some way or other everyone has some sort of bucket list. I think it's fun to make one, it gets me all excited when I think about all the cool things I could do. So, I thought I'd share some of my favourite ideas and if any of you have any cool ideas I'd love to read them in the comments.
